Welcome! We are so happy you found us. We are Oahu's only dedicated gluten-free and alternative ingredient bakery and specialized cake shop. We use local and organic ingredients when possible and no artificial flavors ever. We offer daily fresh baked goods and specialty drinks in our charming bakehouse as well as custom cakes for any occasion available for order online and pickup in store.

New to Gluten Free?
We do not use wheat flour or dairy butter and milk in any of our baked goods and cakes. This means the texture and taste is a bit drier and denser than that of "normal" cake and bread made using those ingredients. We have worked hard to create recipes that are delicious even without these common allergens. We make our own special blend of gluten free flour we have found to work best with our recipes that have been perfected over many years.
